Runs the engineering delivery engine at Asset-Eyes — P&L, project execution, and the operational systems that keep drawings, reviews, and client handoffs on schedule. Before co-founding Asset-Eyes, Siva spent over two decades in electrical systems engineering across LV, MV, and EHV applications at Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, and General Electric, leading design and project teams on industrial and infrastructure programs. He co-founded Asset-Eyes to bring that same discipline — rigorous quality control and dependable delivery — to OEMs and manufacturers who don't have the bandwidth to build that capability in-house.

Rajesh Raman

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS

Leads business development, technology direction, and project management at Asset-Eyes. A serial entrepreneur with a background in industrial automation and IoT, Rajesh built his early career at Rockwell Automation before founding multiple ventures in the automation and technology space; he's also spent time as an educator, teaching automation and controls concepts to engineering students. At Asset-Eyes, he's responsible for the client relationships and technology roadmap that shape which industries and capabilities the company expands into next.
